Dedicated to the memory of Matthew Tonkin
This site is a tribute to Matthew Tonkin. He is much loved and will always be remembered.
We would like everyone to feel comfortable in what they are wearing. We are therefore asking for bright colours smart/ casual. There is no requirement to wear black.
The reception will be held at the Churchillian from 12pm, with sandwiches being served from 1pm.

Thoughts
On behalf of all of our staff and volunteers, thank you so much for choosing to commemorate Matthew by raising money for Samaritans. We truly appreciate every donation we receive, but we are especially grateful that you have thought of us at this time.

I have only just been made aware of Matt’s passing and just had to write something. I worked with Matt at IFS he started a few weeks after me and the first thing I noticed was his energy and passion for getting the job done was something I’d never seen before in his time at IFS he was much loved and appreciated, I still remember when he left he walked out of the office to a standing ovation and was close to tears, never had I seen this before and never since. Matt you will be missed
