I had the privilege of working with Matt on my first management team at IFS. He was a constant presence in our team meetings - fun, bubbly, and always able to make us laugh while having so much to offer. His DNA is still in our business today (thanks, "OneNote") and I'll always remember him fondly. I've no words to describe what I felt when I found he'd passed.
